Overview
Chick-fil-A is looking for a Senior Technical Program Lead to drive the portfolio for Restaurant Financial Systems within our International Technology team.
We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to oversee the development, deployment, and enhancement of financial and reporting systems that support international restaurant operations. This role will drive the integration of financial tools with other restaurant technology systems, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements across diverse global markets.
This position plays a key role in defining and executing the International Technology roadmap for restaurant financial systems. The individual will be responsible for strategic planning, cross-functional alignment, vendor and partner collaboration, and delivering scalable solutions that support international growth.
The position is based in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities
Lead the development lifecycle for restaurant financial systems, including accounting, reporting, reconciliation, and forecasting tools across international markets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, technology, operations, and external partners, to define system requirements and integration strategies.
Ensure platforms and systems meet launch needs and can scale with the growth of the business, while meeting the requirements for local financial regulations, tax reporting, and accounting standards across international markets.
Create and maintain product roadmaps, release plans, and sprint backlogs, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Work closely with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate, implement, and optimize financial technology solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing updates and addressing feedback.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate system performance and identify areas for improvement. Stay informed about emerging financial technologies, security protocols, and industry best practices.
Partner with division counterparts and global teams, requiring availability for early morning or late evening meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
Strong understanding of restaurant financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting requirements
Experience with ERP systems, financial software, and cloud-based financial platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations
Strong decision-making skills with the ability to lead through ambiguity Commitment to servant leadership and stewardship
Preferred Qualifications
Strong knowledge of software development processes, methodologies, and tools.
Product Management Certification, Agile/Scrum Certification
