Amazon Sr Supply Chain Manager, SWA, Shipper Experience Quality in Atlanta, Georgia

Key job responsibilities

  • Analyzing pain points that impact the shipper experience, focusing on root causes and operational barriers.

  • Managing a backlog of programs and coordinating prioritization with internal and external project owners.

  • Working with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools and systems to improve the shipper experience and support the growth of the business.

  • Partner with operations teams to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within SWA operations on behalf of the shipper experience.

  • Spearheading new initiatives that enable growth, enhance our processes, and lower costs for our customers.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple business units to deliver complex technical and operational solutions.

  • Building new tools and metrics that help streamline daily operations.

  • Ability to travel up to 20% each quarter

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

  • Experience leading process improvements

  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • Excellent project management abilities and experience leading cross-functional teams

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) to support decision-making and process evaluation

  • Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in relevant field

  • Experience with Amazon's operational processes, particularly in AMZL or similar programs

  • Familiarity with both warehouse operations and transportation logistics

  • Experience in change management and process implementation at scale across diverse operational environments

  • SQL and other data expertise preferred

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $103,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
