Chick-fil-A Sr. Project Specialist, Archives (up to 3-year project) in Atlanta, Georgia
Overview
The Chick-fil-A Support Center is launching a new project-based role that is part of the Culture Experience Services Team within the Culture department. This Project Full-time role is a TEMPORARY, full-time position up to a maximum of 36 months.
This Project Full-Time Specialist position will support Archives as we look to innovate and grow our Archives strategy and experiences. We are looking for a highly skilled individual who can help cast a vision and strategy for the Archives and the new Archives space. This position will also partner with the principal team leader and rest of the Archives team in leading tours, helping with research questions and other projects outlined in the job responsibilities and requirements.

Responsibilities
Cast vision and strategy for Archives and a new Archives space with the team
Develop and implement the Archives tour into an innovative and interactive experience for Operators, team members, staff, and special guests
Identify new processes that will help the team be more efficient
Partner with Taylor workshops and the Archivist on creating culture cases throughout the different buildings
Participate in roadmap development
Connect Operators, team members, staff, and other special guests to Chick-fil-A's history in a fun an engaging way
Track and manage Archives budget
Using interview skills, interview and collect stories from current and past CFA staff members
In conjunction with the business analyst, build portal content in the Digital asset management system
Document and report team stats
Guest Service: Ensures that Operators, team members and guest remain top priority
Organization: Ability to organize, prioritize assignments and meet deadlines. Strong self-starter
Communication: Ability to represent the Company effectively in by delivering guest service that enhances the reputation and image of the company
Flexibility: In scheduling to meet the needs of the business. Ability to change or adapt work practices, priorities or to reschedule activities in response to changing conditions or multiple work demands
Servant spirit, with a strong desire to help wherever is needed
Strong execution skills and follow-through with minimal supervision; a sense of personal ownership to get things done
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize appropriately
Highly organized and able to compile, manage and track details, events, and data in an organized manner that allows for quick access
Ability to be trusted with confidential information
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
Up to 3-Year Project Assignment
Five (5) years of experience in business strategy
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills
Demonstrated ability to achieve significant results while working independently and with minimal supervision
Responsible, driven, team player, who loves interacting with people from around the globe
Ability to communicate effectively in a wide range of contexts
Preferred Qualifications
Must have at least four (4) years creating innovative attraction experiences for guests, clients, or employees
At least four (3) years of creative writing and storytelling
Project Management
Exceptional customer service skills, be comfortable speaking publicly, and standing, extended periods of time
Facilitating/ presenting to large groups virtually and in-person
Master’s Degree
Chick-fil-A restaurant experience highly preferred
