Primary Purpose:
Provides leadership for the Intermodal & Automotive Operations team on project development, AGS, and reservation system strategies that drives strategic priorities across Intermodal Operations.
Principal Duties:
Oversees the strategy and development of the department’s AGS, reservation system, and inventories.
Develops new systems for intermodal operations to build consensus around new tool design, direct part-time experts, and evaluate engagement across the team.
Strategizes with internal and external IT resources to streamline processes and develop the necessary tools to effectively create and manage decisions and develop new customer products.
