Overview
Chick-fil-A Supply Chain is responsible for ensuring Chick-fil-A Restaurants receive safe and reliable product in a manner that flows as seamlessly with restaurant operations as possible.
As a Senior Lead Analyst on the Supply Chain International team, you will influence our success through deriving and reporting actionable insights into various international Supply Chain initiatives. Combining advanced analytical skills with business knowledge, you will help support decision making, opportunity identification, and operational efficiencies across our international supply chain and global business partners.
This individual will use their advanced analytical knowledge to develop and maintain complex models and dashboards, combining various external and internal data sources to derive insights. This experienced individual will direct their own work with wide latitude while also providing technical leadership to co-workers. This individual may also help select and oversee outside partners.

Responsibilities
Applies comprehensive knowledge of international supply chain operational strategies to the completion of business modeling assignments
Plans and conducts analytical assignments with wide latitude and autonomy applying advanced understanding of analytical and statistical methods
Develop key performance indicators and integrate them across international partners and functions
Lead establishment automation of critical operational performance reporting for international partners
Use advanced statistical modeling and critical problem solving to forecast outcomes and recommendations for key international initiatives
Act in a key liaison capacity with other departments, divisions, and entity organizations
Assist with the selection and/or oversight (including assistance with financial and/or budgetary management) of outside partners and professionals to effectively deliver outcomes and results
Support supply chain optimization and cost savings efforts by providing insights to help measure and manage performance
Support international network design by developing and refining Supply Chain network and Cost of Goods Modeling tools
Develop a digital strategy for an international documentation repository
Provide financial modeling to determine the cost to serve in future/current international markets
Create dashboards to report and track International KPI’s
Develop international budget vs. Expense tracker to support disposition and expedite tracking
Provide benchmarking capabilities vs. Domestic business to identify opportunities to improve supply chain outputs
Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience
5 years' work experience in advanced analytics, data science, data visualization, or another relevant quantitative field preferred
Previous experience identifying, cleaning, transforming, and structuring data sources
Programming proficiency with some or all of the following: SQL, Python, SAS, or R
Capable communicator with strong data visualization capabilities using Tableau or PowerBI
Supply chain operational experience (experience with international supply chain preferred)
