Robert Half Sr Internal Communications Specialist in Atlanta, Georgia

Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr Internal Communications Specialist in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will be instrumental in promoting employee engagement, understanding, and organizational change management initiatives. You will be working in a manufacturing and office environment, interacting with multiple stakeholders to take projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Foster multidirectional communication across different regions, countries, and languages by leading the planning and disbursement of internal communications.

• Produce and distribute internal communications to support internal clients, ensuring consistency and authenticity in tone.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Constant Contact or similar to design content from templates.

• Manage corporate communications distribution lists and calendar.

• Track projects to ensure all commitments are delivered in a timely fashion

• Collaborate with external agencies and contractors to drive projects forward efficiently and within budget.

• Create POs for external resources.

• Increase employee engagement, understanding, and awareness of organizational and change management initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Demonstrated ability to create and manage successful advertising campaigns

• Proven track record in blogging and content creation for business purposes

• Strong understanding of brand awareness strategies and implementation

• Experience in developing and executing internal communications strategies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
