QualificationsUniversity degree and excellent academic record4+ years of experience with eLearning technology, including a working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)Strong project management capabilities; organizational, and problem-solving abilities; excellent interpersonal skills with a broad spectrum of stakeholdersProject management experience on systems implementation and other technology projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups, senior sponsors, and end usersThorough understanding of operations, strategy development, best practice adoption and change management methodology; knowledge of adult learning theory, as appropriateExperience with Agile project methodology and working with remote teams preferredWho You'll Work WithYou will have a role on our Digital Learning Platforms and Solutions (DLPS) team in one of McKinsey's many offices within the United States. DLPS focuses on partnering with Learning Delivery, Design, Development, and other teams to expand the role of technology-based learning at McKinsey. This group adheres to the overall mission of McKinsey Learning - which is to accelerate every learner's full potential by matching world class andinnovative technology solutions to learner needs.You will work closely with Learning, People Digital, and Technology & Design (IT) to plan, develop, launch, and maintain new solutions for all firm members. You'll join an innovative, solutions-oriented team leading the charge toward rapid changes in the firm's technology landscape.What You'll DoYou will work closely with colleagues within Learning and People Digital to apply innovative, best in class processes and tools, which enable us to push the envelope in the classroom and on the job, specifically as they relate to systems.In this role you will be responsible for managing projects to include planning, project kick-off and closure, scope definition, development and tracking of detailed workplans with integrated activities and milestones for all workstreams, monitoring dependencies and predecessors, as well as high level sprint planning. This role will also apply digital technology knowledge and experiences to pressure test the detailed plans.You will be responsible for crafting/documenting learning technology best practice processes and implementing to scale. You will adhere to and support the digital learning vision, approach and expectations for the architecture, prioritization, and implementation of high-quality solutions leveraging a cross functional team collaboration model- this can include strategy for tools, execution, effectiveness and best practice adoption.You will collaborate to define and maintain the internal governance model for technology projects and ensure priorities meet criteria for the overall DLPS roadmap.
