Job Purpose and Impact

The Service Delivery Consultant - Data, will lead the delivery of information technology service operations, which primarily consists of overseeing the performance of internal and external service providers. In this role, you will apply broad knowledge of information technology to build partnerships with the businesses as well as internal information technology platform teams. You will continuously improve the effectiveness of end to end information technology services inclusive of applications, infrastructure and security components.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide guidance on service strategies across infrastructure, applications and security offerings.

  • Partner with internal business clients to ensure goals are met and demand needs are incorporated into service plans.

  • Ensure information technology service operations with internal and external service providers is delivered against targets and contractual obligations.

  • Participate in operating reviews with service providers inclusive of continuous improvement.

  • Be a point of contact for service issue escalation and crisis management response.

  • Oversee strategic business investments in applications and infrastructure that build additional business capability or contribute to more efficient technology operations.

  • Consult on mergers, acquisitions and divestiture planning to ensure technology solutions are properly assessed.

  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of four years of related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Hadoop, Snowflake or other cloud data platforms.

  • Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum/KanbanSQL.

Additional Position Information

This position may be located in Atlanta, Georgia or Wayzata, Minnesota.

Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
