Arby's Senior Manager, Brand Experience - Arby's in Atlanta, Georgia

The Brand Experience Senior Manager leads the development of the holistic marketing strategy and execution, including maintaining omnichannel guest experience across digital and physical channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include establishing procedures for offer development, briefings, campaign, and budget management, as well as a framework for performance monitoring and optimization. These efforts support our Arby’s franchisees in making a meaningful impact with consumers and driving digital growth, while also ensuring consistency in brand voice across all marketing channels. Success in this role requires developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders (marketing team, commercial group, data & analytics, operations training, supply chain) and partners (franchisees & vendors). This role demands an individual who is highly organized and meticulous at the core, but also skilled at partnering with cross-functional groups to work together to find solutions for complex projects. As a member of the Brand Experience team, this position will interact regularly with senior management to provide recommendations and guidance that supports the overall Arby’s digital business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead development of annual marketing road maps inclusive of brand campaigns and food & beverage product rollouts

  • Partner closely with Commercial Group partners to identify and deploy impactful offer strategy (open & gated), confirm investment criteria, & ensure KPIs and measurement.

  • Serve as the primary contact & brand liaison for Digital Retail, Customer Marketing, Marketplace & Technology teams.

  • Own stewardship & key timelines for digital campaigns across Operations, Supply/ARCOP, Training & Corp Communications.

  • Work closely with Restaurant Technology team(s) to ensure product development is aligned with brand strategic roadmap.

  • Partner with Sr. Manager, Calendar Planning to maintain current calendar inclusive of National eComm promotions.

  • Work cross-functionally to build and maintain yearly learning agenda across all parts of the business.

  • Work with cross-functional the Data & Analytics team(s) for comprehensive analyses & ensure performance is monitored and addressed across activities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-year degree in business/marketing/communications required

  • Minimum 7 years marketing experience required

  • Restaurant industry relevant experience preferred

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES

  • Strategically minded individual with strong communications skills with a range of audiences.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communications skills.

  • Ability to work and lead collaboration across a wide variety of work styles and personalities in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.

  • Ability to communicate at all levels to build relationships and enhance partnerships, both internal and external

  • Ability to thrive in a demanding environment, multi-task, prioritize and be meticulous.

  • Initiative-taker with an energetic personality who can operate with limited supervision.

  • Experience with applications like Excel and Tableau desired.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook applications (PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive).
