Title: Senior Director Manager- Software Engineering

Location: 7 World Trade Center, 250 Greenwich Street, New York, NY 10007 (Principal place of business - telecommuting permitted)

Duties: Assist larger Digital Insights team in defining solutions, integrations, and technical architectures. Serve as both lead developer and leader of a diffused technology team, leveraging Agile-based principles and practices to deliver high quality code and systems. Participate in software design, development, and implementation using Adobe Experience Manager (Sites and Assets). Apply knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (Sites and Assets) and Adobe Experience Cloud products (Target, Forms, Analytics, Audience Manager, and Campaign). Apply knowledge of developing, testing, and debugging, including conducting unit, system, integration, performance testing, and detailed documentation. Provide high level estimation to facilitate planning, execution, and roadmap initiatives. Assist with estimation of development tasks, project planning, risk identification, and mitigation planning. Collaborate with technical teams and business owners, as needed, during design and implementation. Own and be accountable for web engineering and related technologies. Manage vendor relationship for tools/technologies, as required. Manage a team of skilled engineers and other stakeholders to deliver high quality product/site(s) adhering to Moody's standards. Own quality gates for technology deliverables. Drive/Increase user engagement and lead generation activities including end-to-end customer/business analytics. Enable soft/hard sell opportunities on the web platform. Enable and facilitate setting up One-Moody's/Gateway vision utilizing engineering and marketing technologies stack. Implement governance and operational processes for AEM/Marketing Technologies platform. Influence technology/engineering decisions and outcomes to align with organizational goals. Contribute to the technology roadmaps for Digital Insights. Telecommuting Permitted (100% telecommuting position. Will consider applicants resident in the continental U.S.).

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field plus at least eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience as a Technical Lead, IT Manager, or in a related position performing software development and designing technical solutions. Must have experience with the following: providing technical support, including troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving defects in production, UAT, and stage environments; applying knowledge of multithreading concepts, design patterns, and software development methodologies, including Agile, and Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment; working with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Cloud Products, Core Java, J2ee, Spring, Hibernate, JMS, JDBC, SQL/PLSQL, Unix, Shell, JavaScript, Html, CSS, Angular, Eclipse, and automated testing tools, including Junit and Jacoco; nd using build tools and version control systems, including Maven, GIT, and Subversion. For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is$262,621 to$284,400, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for a completion bonus. Moodys also offers insurance and a discounted employee stock purchase plan for limited duration employees.
