Overview:

AT&T is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Customer Insights Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Insights Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making for AT&T's current and future business online digital experience by providing actionable insights derived from customer data. Your expertise in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets will enable AT&T to better understand customer behavior, preferences, and trends, ultimately enhancing our customer experience and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data to identify key trends, patterns, and correlations.

  • Conduct in-depth customer segmentation analysis to identify distinct customer groups and their preferences.

  • Utilize advanced statistical techniques and predictive modeling to develop accurate customer behavior forecasts.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to provide insights that drive business strategies and initiatives.

  • Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into analytical approaches to continuously improve insights generation.

Qualification

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a customer insights or marketing analytics role.

  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., SAS, R, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A Senior Customer Satisfaction Analyst earns between $106,100.00 - $159,100.00 USD Annual. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
