About our Team:

International Operations team supports the International Sales Organization. We support Sales by resolving operational issues thru the creation of or improvement of processes and assets. Additionally, we protect the business as we continue to expand into new markets.

About the Role:

As a Sales Efficiency Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing the performance of our sales team. Your purpose is to develop and implement training programs, tools, and processes that optimize our sales effectiveness. By analyzing data and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities to improve sales strategies and ensure our team achieves their targets. Your expertise will help us drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will be responsible for:

  • Interviewing sales for understanding of needs.

  • Gathering information needed and participating in the creation of benefit analysis.

  • Engaging with vendors to understand tool functions.

  • Working across cross functional teams to resolve gaps through tool enhancements, process modifications or clarification, organization of training, and communication.

  • Participating in Sales Tools Committees to assist Senior Manager in prioritizing bugs and enhancements for International Sales. Driving priorities to completion. Communicating monthly releases to Intl Operations leadership.

  • Writing International Sales News articles that communicate changes to the broader organization.

  • Planning and executing Adoption Blitz to increase adoption across the organization and communicating areas of improvement to Sales Leadership.

  • Performing all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Have 5-7 years experience.

  • Have Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Have proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or process improvement roles.

  • Have experience with sales automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Certifications are ideal but not necessary.

  • Have expert communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

  • Have demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Be detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

  • Have ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
