Putting people first

A Regional Operations Manager will utilize successful management techniques and personnel development to facilitate the expansion and success of the region of facilities assigned. It is the responsibility of the Regional Operations Manager to communicate successfully between the field and the Home Office team.

The Regional Operations Manager will work with the Area Practice Manager and Practice Managers to improve processes and profitability by improving and executing growth initiatives using targeted goals and milestones.

Essential qualifications:

  • Strong google suite, computer skills & ezyVet experience

  • Ability for travel up to 75% of the time [4 field days & 1 office day a week]

  • Bachelor’s degree desired with 3+ years’ progressive management experience in a multi-site healthcare, human or pet, operations environment

A day in the life:

  • Oversees training for new Practice Managers (PM) and provides ongoing leadership development training, including financial and operations development

  • Collaborates with the Vice President of Operations to review personnel development, hiring plans, financial plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure the facilities success

  • Responsible for post-acquisition integration process for newly acquired facilities, including on-site management the week of integration
