Job Description:

Trinnex is seeking an Intermediate Proposal Coordinator to join our Sales team. This is an exciting role to join a talented team of sales professionals and grow your career in Proposals and Sales Marketing. Proposals are a critical part of the sales process that combines storytelling, research, content creation, and team collaboration. The Intermediate Proposal Coordinator will report to Trinnex’s Proposal Manager and assist in creating, editing, and reviewing proposals. In addition, this role will produce content for the sales team including project descriptions, resumes, qualifications, presentations, and other materials.

Other duties include but are not limited to:

• Assists with creating and editing project descriptions, resumes, presentations, and related sales and marketing materials.

• Assists with tracking and reviewing bids, RFP/RFI opportunities as well as win-loss analysis.

• Creates, edits, and proofreads copy for proposals, statement of qualifications, and requests for information.

• Responds promptly to requests for sales/marketing materials and information.

• Maintains quality content and data for use in marketing and sales activities.

• Provides general business development support to sales team as required.

• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• 3 years of related experience.

• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Limited domestic travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent writing and grammatical skills.

• Proficient in MS Office 365 and SharePoint.

• Experience with programs such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience with creative design and layout.

• Ability to manage proposal content and adhere to proposal requirements, schedules, and deadlines.

• Ability to drive tasks through successful completion.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Highly organized and detail oriented.

• Ability to participate as a contributing member of a team.
