As a Program Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of this transformation! You’ll spearhead impactful programs that encompass product launches, rebranding initiatives, and strategic transitions. Your role will be pivotal in driving measurable business outcomes, ensuring seamless collaboration across diverse teams, and fostering clarity and alignment throughout the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead High-Impact Programs: Oversee and deliver strategic initiatives of larger scope and complexity, ensuring cross-functional alignment and execution excellence.

  • Act as a Change Agent: Drive transformation by identifying opportunities, advocating for innovative solutions, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

  • Communicate with Precision: Deliver clear, concise, and compelling executive-level updates, fostering trust and confidence in your programs’ success.

  • Negotiate for Success: Navigate competing priorities, align stakeholders, and broker agreements to keep projects on track and achieve strategic goals.

  • Drive Business Impact: Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to KPIs such as speed to market, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

  • Anticipate and Manage Risks: Use sharp critical thinking to identify potential challenges and proactively develop mitigation strategies to keep initiatives moving forward.

  • Build Scalable Solutions: Create and refine tools, frameworks, and processes that enable efficiency, scalability, and long-term success across the organization.

  • Foster Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Deployment, and other teams to ensure seamless integration and execution.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8+ years of program or product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale solutions.

  • Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver presentations that drive alignment and action.

  • Sharp negotiation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while influencing stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical, creative solutions.

  • Experience managing risk, resolving conflicts, and ensuring accountability across teams.

  • Proficiency with tools like Smartsheet, Salesforce, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

  • A passion for simplifying complexity, driving progress, and achieving measurable outcomes.

  • Grit, resilience, and a growth mindset to tackle challenges and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
