Chick-fil-A Product Lead, Financial Solutions in Atlanta, Georgia

Overview

As a member of the Corporate Financial Systems team, this role will participate in the design and support of financial systems that supply critical financial information and enable Financial Services business processes. This role will partner with business stakeholders that work in the Support Center’s Financial Business process, which include Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Record to Report (RTR), Acquire to Retire (ATR), Order to Cash (OTC), and Order Management (OM), and will work with teams within Financial Services to design, run, and transform applications that will achieve desired business outcomes. They will partner with Senior Leadership across Financial Services, Digital Technology & Transformation, and various Experience Teams, providing financial systems insights and perspectives to create scalable, transformative Financial System solutions. This role requires technical aptitude, a continuous process improvement mindset, and a high degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the functional lead for the respective system modules of significant scope and complexity and a significant contributor to complementary modules that directly impact the business track.

  • Project management and oversight of new system launches, new functionality, and/or enhancements impacting the financial process including design, configuration, test scenario/script creation, testing, related execution, and adoption of components.

  • Direct defect resolution and enhancement technical development and set related priorities for third party partners supporting the financial process.

  • Influence vision, strategy, and design of areas supported considering wide array of possible solutions and providing recommendations based on broad business perspective.

  • Represent functional area on cross-functional execution teams needed to ensure financial systems strategy and project work completion.

  • Communication of project timelines, Key Performance Indicators, and status to Financial Services leadership groups.

  • Support reporting needs of business stakeholders by building and enhancing necessary reports in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, BI Publisher, and Data Lake reporting tools such as ThoughtSpot which requires an intermediate to advance knowledge of the Oracle base tables.
