A high quality, well-established primary care clinic is looking for a Phlebotomy Supervisor to join their team! This is a great opportunity if you have a passion for patient care and want to advance your career within leadership!
Location: Atlanta, GA
Schedule: M-F 8a-5p w/occasional weekend work
Pay: $24-$26/hr DOE
Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading laboratory operations and implementing action plans.
Interact with clients, patients, employees and business units.
Work closely with operations manager on company goals and objectives including team development.
Assist with venipuncture and capillary blood collection when necessary.
Understands and follows all safety, infection control, and OSHA Blood Borne Pathogen guidelines.
Understands and follows all company Compliance policies.
Understands and follows all HIPAA guidelines.
Qualifications:
Associates Degree Required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
5 years of Clinical experience required.
Must have previous leadership experience within Phlebotomy.
ASCP Certification is preferred.
