Job Summary:

As a CBRE People Operations Sr. Analyst, you will provide advanced Human Resources related customer service to the field that is friendly, collaborative, and invaluable.

This job is part of the People Strategy and Operations function. They are responsible for the design, execution, and monitoring of human resource programs and policies.

Essential Duties:

  • Provide excellent customer service to the account to regularly meet department goals and satisfaction levels.

  • Act as an escalation point for complex or sensitive cases.

  • Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.

  • Manage process and procedure documentation for continuous improvement of internal work streams.

  • Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

  • Create and analyze reports and complete regular audits of data tied to our KPIs.Interacts with the client to explain mismatches in data and audit findings.

  • Follow all internal policies and regulations related to Employee Records Administration.

  • Oversee the completion of internal and external audits.

  • Help manage large transitions and implementations of client accounts.

  • Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.

  • Oversee transactions related to onboarding of new employees, status changes for existing employees and terminations of employees.

  • Onboards new employees in the client and CBRE systems according to the standard account process.

  • Respond to unemployment claim inquiries and background check adjudication requests.

  • Manage People Operations programs and processes including vaccination programs, employee permissions, corporate credit card program, corporate cell phone program.

  • Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation or SHRM preferred.

  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.

  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

  • Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $72,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $74,500 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
