Robert Half Patient Services Specialist in Atlanta, Georgia

Description We are looking for a proficient Patient Services Specialist to join our team in the medical devices industry, based in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Patient Services Specialist, your primary role will be to manage and coordinate our diagnostic devices, handle patient data, and provide top-notch customer service. You will be interacting with various internal systems including Salesforce, ensuring the smooth operation of our patient services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entry and processing of new patient information in our internal systems and Salesforce.

• Handle the initialization of devices for each patient through our internal systems.

• Ensure the addition and update of necessary documentation for each device per customer.

• Generate accurate shipping labels for device deliveries.

• Upload pertinent reports to the system for easy access and reference.

• Monitor and maintain the delivery tracking system for devices to and from patients.

• Serve as the first point of contact for general phone or email inquiries from sleep clinics.

• Assist in the scheduling and tracking of patients and devices when required.

• Anticipate and identify issues that may delay material delivery, and liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve such issues.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and communicate effectively in all interactions. Requirements • Proven experience in the Medical Devices industry is highly desirable.

• Previous experience in a similar role as a Patient Services Specialist is advantageous.

• Strong proficiency in Customer Service, with the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy at all times.

• Proficiency in Data Entry, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Solid experience in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating with medical staff.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, medical professionals, and other staff members.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare regulations is beneficial.
