Because our Sales Consultants understand how businesses work and are experts in marketing with the Mailchimp platform, we are able to tailor our solutions to meet the specific needs of each individual customer. Across all of our channels and workgroups, SBG Sales is responsible for acquiring new customers and growing our existing customers’ usage of the Intuit ecosystem of products.
Our sales organization aims to elevate its capabilities with a team of talented Senior Corporate Account Executives and we’re looking for a great leader to build, nurture and grow this team. We are seeking an experienced manager to lead our outbound sales team through an exciting time of change and growth. You have a proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams, particularly in acquisition sales. You will be responsible for driving customer & revenue growth, inspiring/motivating your team and effectively partnering with cross functional teams. You will be accountable for driving customer and revenue growth through the execution of sales strategiesThis is a hybrid role reporting out of our Midtown office.
What you'll bring
Minimum of 2 years experience managing a successful outbound sales team with a track record of overachieving targets
Experience leading high touch sales teams to acquire and grow SMBs and midmarket customers
Excellent communicator, motivator and influencer
Strong understanding of data and analytics to identify opportunities, themes and trends
Ability to inspire and motivate teams through transformational periods and through large amounts of change

Role model consultative selling by actively participating in customer meetings for our highest revenue opportunities
Demonstrate deep understanding of key performance drivers, KPIs and business trends
Effectively coach sellers and managers to achieve best in class results
Develop robust knowledge of the martech industry, competitive landscape and overall industry trends
Collaborate & influence cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth
Provide regular feedback to senior leadership on the team's progress and sales performance
Constantly improve sales processes and tools to enhance team productivity and ensure efficient execution of sales strategies
