The resource needs a minimum of 5 years of experience managing End User Computing (EUC) environment of similar size and complexity. Technology experience with Windows, Virtual Platforms (e.g. VDIs), EUC Hardware, Software Distribution and Release Management. Experience managing FTEs, Contractors and Vendor Services.

The position is responsible for managing End User Computing (EUC) engineering, operations, technical services, platform and technologies. The manager will lead the team through Servant Leadership to deliver reliable, secure and quality EUC services.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsiblefor managing End User Computing (EUC) engineering, operations, technicalservices, platform and technologies.
Effectivelymanage and lead the team through Servant Leadership.
Effectivelycollaborate and partner with teams across the enterprise.
Leadthe creation and implementation of best practices, strategy and processes.
Successfullylead and deliver initiatives on time and on budget.
Ensurecompliance with all governing corporate standards and guidelines.
Buildand maintain effective relationships with management, partners, customers andcolleagues.
Keepsabreast of industry trends through benchmarking, participation in professionalassociations and research to
Managerisks, issues, and develop remediation plans.
Maintainan exceptional level of customer focus centered on integrity and transparency
Constructproblem statements including problem description and improvement measures.
Drilldown beyond the problem surface to understand root cause.
Abilityto work on multiple initiatives and balance constantly evolving priorities.
Usedata and analysis to convey solution impact and to support process drivensolutions.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Minimumof 5 years managing End User Computing (EUC) environment of similar sizeand complexity.
Minimumof 5 years managing virtual platforms (e.g. Horizon, Citrix, AWSWorkspaces, etc..).
Minimumof 5 years managing Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) tools (e.g.Persistent Radia, Microsoft Intune, Omnissa Workspace One, etc..).
Minimumof 5 years of leadership experience managing distributed teams andservices.
Experiencedeveloping, implementing and leading enterprise initiatives.
Consistentlyprioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
Embracesdiverse people, thinking, and styles.
Musthave excellent planning and organizational skills, strong verbal, writtencommunication, and facilitation skills.
Musthave excellent data analytics experience using tools such as Excel andPower BI.
Experienceand solid understanding of EUC Hardware, Software Distribution, ReleaseManagement, Operations and Change Management.
Availabilityto travel up to 20% of the time both domestically and internationally.
Consistentlyprioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

Possessesa high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
Is atleast 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
Previousexperience as a Subject Matter Expert for Endpoint Management.
