Job Description

SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Artificial Intelligence to build and lead a team of AI professionals in developing cutting-edge AI enabled products and services for PRGX Global. This candidate will be based out of PRGX’s Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will have working experience in Generative AI, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning, as well as proven ability in managing and leading technical teams. As the Manager of Artificial Intelligence, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of AI models, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration into our products and services.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Lead a team of AI professionals in developing and implementing AI solutions using Generative AI, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning techniques.

· Develop and manage the AI product roadmap, aligning it with the organization's overall technology strategy.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of AI models into products and services.

· Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

· Manage the development and implementation of AI models, ensuring they meet business objectives, technical requirements, and quality standards.

· Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

· Hire, train, and mentor AI professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

· Establish and maintain partnerships with external vendors and research institutions to leverage their expertise and capabilities.

· Ensure all AI solutions comply with legal, ethical, and security standards.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field with a focus on deploying AI enabled products.

  • PhD preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in AI development, including expertise in Generative AI, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning techniques.

  • 3+ years of experience managing technical teams, with a track record of success leading cross-functional projects.

  • Strong working knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and version control tools such as Git.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement AI models, meeting business objectives, technical requirements, and quality standards.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong Agile project management skills, with experience managing timelines, budgets, and resources.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and research institutions.

  • Strong ethical and security standards, ensuring all AI solutions comply with legal, ethical, and security standards.
