The LSN Sales Director will deliver the market analysis for the region, program development and execution to drive sales of assigned product(s). Drive aftersales orders and revenue for assigned product portfolio into the installed customer base using targeting sales-marketing campaigns and strategies.Responsibilities:Promotes, sells and secures/close orders from existing and potential customers.Drive the retention and growth of product mix between orders and new orders in line with business and budget objectives as set forth by RNCA senior management.Develops and maintains a strategic plan for assigned region: Targeted customer/opportunity list, manage sales interactions, accurately execute quarterly forecasts & book and bill activities while actively promoting, presenting and demonstrating company solutions to customers and prospects.Actively participates in providing prompt input for monthly, quarterly and annual long term planning meetings as directed by the Regional VP.Demonstrates the ability to use resources within the account community; Utilize expertise with Healthcare Account & Healthcare Sales Directors-Neuro; Create and maintain reference sites within assigned territory.Meets routinely with the installed customer base to increase their level of utilization and acquisition of additional solutions across the Elekta portfolio.Manage product launches in the territory with a focus on defining the targets in the market, planning and implementing a sales strategy. For distributor markets this is in close collaboration with distributors.Ensures a high level of commercial, clinical, and technical skills and knowledge is maintained on product speciality within the Elekta portfolio.Maintain the highest level of clinical and technical knowledge on products including becoming a SME in the assigned product specialty.Maintains continued departmental practice and process knowledge on pricing, contracting policies and procedures to support territory sales to support the RFP and tender processes.Facilitates and manages communication as necessary between the customer and prospect around order management, contracting, accounting and marketing questions to maintain positive and impactful relationships between Elekta and the customer.Maintains a professional working relationship with Service, Marketing, Product Management and Contract Administration to ensure the daily needs of our customers are being addressed by the proper resource.Establish and maintains a conduit to product management: To report regional shifts, changes, trends, and activity related to our products and competitive products in the field, and to get issues escalated.Ensures compliance with company procedures relating to the handling of complaints and complaint files.Provides onsite and offsite product/sales presentations, assists in product sales training, trade shows, exhibits and seminars, as applicable.Documents ALL activity in the CLM in a timely and accurate manner to support pipeline development and forecast reporting.Performs other related duties as assigned or requested by management.We offer:Excellent Medical, Den
