We are looking for a Joint Use Administrator to support our utility consulting team in administering joint use permitting for electric Utility clients. The role requires routine interaction and coordination with internal Engineering, and Consulting teams. The role will take daily work direction from Utility Analyst II.

This position is located in our downtown Atlanta office.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Consulting, and Engineering teams, on the timely processing of inbound and outbound joint use communications attachment permit applications to ensure work meets all stakeholder requirements.

  • Monitor client systems for new work assignments.

  • Review permit submittals and set up new assignments in Osmose internal systems for processing.

  • Upload completed work in client’s system of record and ensure the next party is notified.

  • Enter attacher notifications for make ready work in NJUNS or AldenOne

  • Read and interpret client agreements and contracts to verify work is processed correctly.

  • Communicate make-ready invoicing with clients and their stakeholders.

  • Report on project units for Osmose billing purposes.

Requirements:

  • Associate, bachelor’s degree, or proven experience working in engineering or utilities industry.

  • Prior knowledge of utility joint use procedures and national safety codes preferred.

  • Previous experience managing and prioritizing multiple work assignments with strict deadlines.

  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word

  • Customer service skills and experience working in an office-setting.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
