What Does a Successful ISV Operations Manager Do at Fiserv?

You’re the voice of calm in the whirlwind of product launches, technical integration, and high-stakes partner relationships. A successful ISV Operations Manager balances precision with adaptability, becoming the go-to contact for our Integrated Software Vendor (ISV) clients. You’ll work side-by-side with a Professional Development Executive (PDE) to support key accounts—steering onboarding, fielding day-to-day questions, and keeping operations smooth from first integration to long-term growth.

About The Team

This role supports Fiserv’s expanding ISV ecosystem, which sits at the intersection of software and payments. Our team is highly collaborative, client-obsessed, and committed to delivering world-class operational support to software partners powering small and medium-sized businesses.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the operations point of contact for an assigned portfolio of ISV clients.

  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with partner organizations.

  • Support onboarding, integration, and ongoing operational needs of partners.

  • Translate internal processes and policies clearly for external users.

  • Field and resolve operational issues, collaborating across teams as needed.

  • Represent partner needs internally and advocate for continuous improvement.

  • Provide timely, thorough support to drive an exceptional partner experience.

  • Maintain reporting and perform internal audits as needed.

  • Navigate ambiguity with confidence and adapt to rapidly changing technologies.

What You Will Need To Have

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

  • Familiarity with operational processes, systems, or workflows in a technology or payments environment.

  • Ability to clearly explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

What Would Be Great To Have

  • Integrated payments or fintech experience.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills—written and verbal.

  • Experience supporting software platforms or partner-based ecosystems.

  • Organized, adaptable, and able to think outside the box while working within process.

  • Willingness to occasionally flex hours to support partner needs.
