Responsibilities

Interns, as a member of a project team, may assist with business analysis and design of industry-based methodologies, help to develop innovative solutions to address business initiatives and problem statements; data compilation, analysis and evaluation; and aid the team with research, report creation, and quality control of all deliverables. Individuals will assist in all client engagement functions, ranging from coordination of project logistics to conducting key analytics and co-presenting key findings to client stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduating with an undergraduate or graduate degree between December 2021 and June 2022

  • Passion for solving the most complex challenges facing the U.S. health care industry

  • Superior written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent quantitative analysis skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access

  • Ability to translate data into graphic or visual representations

  • Ability to travel or work overtime as required

  • Would not require sponsorship now or anytime in the future to work in the United States; Students possessing F-1 or J-1 visas are excluded from interview schedules or being hired for this position.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA, BS, MPH, MHA, MBA, PhD or MS-BA and the following degree concentrations are preferred: Economics, Engineering, Healthcare Policy, Human Biology, Business Administration or similar

  • Knowledge of SAS Business Analytics software and/or Microsoft SQL Server, a plus

  • GPA of 3.2 or better

Additional Requirements

The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.
