Arden's Garden is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our Athens location! This is a role where you will serve our guests by making smoothies, sharing product knowledge, and creating wonderful customer experiences.

To be successful, you should have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic and enjoy working with all types of people. The ideal candidate will be a great multitasker, have excellent customer service skills and prior experience leading a team in sales or in the food industry.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Operate blenders and sell healthy juices and smoothies

  • Prepare cold foods and operate a panini press

  • Share nutritional knowledge with customers

  • Ensure Loss Prevention

  • Develop strong relationships with customers

  • Assist with inventory management and merchandising

  • Assist with store operations

Qualifications and Skills

  • Dedicated and hardworking

  • Able to operate a POS system

  • Bartender, barista, and service industry experience not required but preferred

  • Good attention to details

  • Must be a multitasker, make the most of working in a fun & fast-paced environment
