Your New Role...
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Global Cash Analytics and Reporting (GCAR) team. This role will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of global cash disbursement forecasting and pacing activities across multiple regions and currencies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reporting financial metrics and KPIs with the intent of identifying areas for global cash flow optimization along with maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Key Responsibilities...
Financial Planning and Forecasting
Execute monthly global cash disbursement forecasting and pacing variance analysis to Treasury, Procurement, and Procure-to-Pay executive leadership
Create weekly/monthly/quarterly CFO PO spend tracking variance analysis to assist with identifying areas for working capital improvement
Participate in projects and cost and working capital improvement initiatives
Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis and business planning
Provide monthly accrual reporting to accounting including content/non-content reclass reporting
Responsible for completing Qtrly and Annual schedules for finance and accounting
Data Analysis and Modeling
Evaluate and create global executive leadership operational KPIs to track business performance
Create, implement and manage data transparency and the monitoring, tracking and reporting of costs
Identify key business trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making
Provide ad hoc financial and operational analysis to support strategic initiatives
Ad Hoc project and reporting
Process Improvement & Automation
Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting and forecasting processes
Work with finance and IT teams to implement automation tools for efficiency gains
Ensure data integrity and consistency in financial reporting systems
Business Partnering :
Partner with the distribution center team to drive business improvements and ultimate customer satisfaction
Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Payroll, Tax, and Treasury teams to coordinate payment cycles and resolve
discrepancies
Communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders
Responsible for receiving, documenting, and depositing WBD physical checks and providing proper accounting treatment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, and Marketing, to understand financial impacts and business drivers
Qualifications & Experience...
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in cash management, accounts payable, treasury, or related finance functions, preferably in a global or multinational environment
Strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes, payment methods (ACH, wires, checks, SEPA, SWIFT), and currency regulations
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Procure-to-Pay platforms; Excel and data analysis skills are essential
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment
