Randstad US Field Operations Specialist in Atlanta, Georgia
Randstad is hiring for a Field Operations Specialist to process payroll for the world’s #1 HR services provider. We are investing in top-notch, detail-oriented, accuracy maniacs to help us deliver on our Human Forward promise. What you get to do
Work with Business Services Teams on payroll questions and timekeeping issues
Confirm that Corp Payroll receives and enters approved time for all talent every week
Update internal teams on the status of time collection repeatedly
Communicate internal teams when talent is missing time or if talent’s time is missing the cutoff
Ensure all cycle time is processed
Maintain and update team logins for customer-specific requirements
Run and review various reports to ensure accuracy
Research and resolve any issues discovered
Research and respond promptly to inquiries from centralized payroll department
Serve as a liaison between field operations and corporate office when needed
Help communicate updates to talent when needed
Provide on-site administrative support as needed for local office leaders
What you need to bring:
3 years of business operation customer service experience
High school diploma required, some college preferred
Adapts quickly to frequently changing processes, guidelines, and requirements
Strong customer focus and customer service skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Possess strong interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions
Experience describing and documenting specific requirements
Detail-oriented with a concern for quality by continually initiating process improvements
Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives

Pay Rate: $73,600.00 - $51,680.00 Annually
Randstad offers competitive pay and bonus structures. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
