We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide great customer support and resolve all requests via email, chat and phone. The Customer Service Representative will effectively handle incoming requests and complaints from multiple channels across different clients while delivering an excellent customer experience. This is a remote position.

Ability to maneuver effortlessly through various digital communication channels (chat, email, and phone) to provide the customer with consistent prompt, courteous, and accurate information.
Receive inbound customer inquiries requesting assistance with fulfillment concerns, pricing, defects, returns, and warranty issues.
Place outbound follow-up calls to inform customers on the status of an item, refunds or exchanges, and any shipping issues encountered during order processing.
Assist customers with any technical issues experienced with our websites and escalate issues to management as needed

2+ years experience handling inbound calls and emails in a contact center environment
High School diploma
Experience collaborating with Google Docs
Data entry proficiency
