Actalent Cost Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

Actalent is hiring for a Cost Manager that can review staffing plans and planned deliverables against actual percentage complete progress and cash flow.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the procurement and tendering process

  • Preparing contractual documentation

  • Controlling cost during the construction process

  • Managing the commercial success of a project for a contractor

  • Valuing construction work for interim payments, valuing change, assessing or compiling claims for loss and expense and agreeing final accounts

MUST HAVES:

  • Bachelors Degree in a related field

  • 5-8 years of construction experience as a cost engineer/manager.

  • Project sizes ranging from: $200,000-$1 million in budget

  • Excel Experience; Excel Skills: V looks, index match--will use daily

  • Bluebeam and Procore
