Robert Half Contracts Administrator in Atlanta, Georgia

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Contracts Administrator in the real estate industry, specifically in the area of industrial property development. This position is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and operates in a hybrid workplace environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and efficiently handle incoming customer contracts through Smartsheet tracker, considering each as a new project.

• Ensure the timely progress of contracts by managing and tracking all steps in the process on the Smartsheet.

• Utilize DocuSign for contract-related tasks, demonstrating proficiency in its use.

• Navigate and use Yardi for certain tasks, with cross-training provided as needed.

• Work with standardized contract templates, demonstrating familiarity with common contract terms and conditions.

• Ensure no deadlines are missed and all contract-related matters are handled in an organized, detail-oriented manner.

• Maintain and manage customer records, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Resolve customer inquiries related to contracts and their accounts. Requirements • Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or in a similar role

• Proficient knowledge of contract law and regulations

• Demonstrated skills in managing contracts and related documentation

• Experience with DocuSign for digital contract signing and management

• Familiarity with Yardi software for property and real estate management

• Strong skills in document management, including filing, tracking, and ensuring accuracy of contracts

• Deep understanding of the real estate industry and related contracts

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify errors or discrepancies in contracts

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously

• Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders and explain contract terms

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field.
