Intuit Business Operations Manager, Sales, Education & International (Mailchimp) in Atlanta, Georgia

We are looking for an experienced and strategic business operations manager to provide support and operational leadership to our Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and their organization. This role reports to the CSO and requires a seasoned professional who can effectively collaborate with the CSO and other leaders across departments to manage business operations and orchestration of strategic initiatives. This role has the unique vantage point of working across many senior leaders to drive efficiency in our business management practices and power our teams so they are best positioned to help our customers succeed.

What you'll bring

  • 10+ years experience in business planning, business operations, consulting, Chief of Staff or similar roles

  • Experience within the B2B internet or software as a service (SaaS) industry and working with revenue organizations preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written and crafting executive presentations

  • Passion for innovating business operations and driving efficient business management systems

  • Proven success in partnering, collaborating and influencing across groups and at all levels of the organization

  • Demonstrated success helping accelerate speed to market with organizational and operational transformation

  • BA or BS degree, or equivielent experience required; MBA preferred

How you will lead

  • Lead the overall Operating Rhythm of the Business: Establish and maintain a consistent business rhythm for the Sales, Education and International organization, including planning cycles, reporting and meeting cadence, and monthly/quarterly business reviews. Identify ways to streamline the operating mechanism to drive both accountability and efficiency

  • Strategic Planning and Executive Communication: Lead the strategy, planning and execution of team-wide events and business updates including all hands meetings, team offsites and regular updates from the CSO

  • Lead strategic projects or initiatives on behalf of the leadership team; includes leading cross-group collaboration, planning, and execution excellence.

  • Budget and Resource Management: Assist in budget planning, resource allocation and governing expense budgets throughout the year

  • Strategic partner to the CSO leadership team to support business performance management; Includes data analysis to diagnose challenges, identify new opportunities, and assist in decision making

  • Support the CSO leadership team in preparation for external meetings with customers and partners to maximize impact
