Position Summary
This is a specialized claim billing role where the client's specialized invoice is based on reimbursement of claims paid and fees associated with claims savings. Also, a standard monthly employee fee invoice. This role requires the biller to generate & customize the invoice and reconcile to both Aetna banking and client data. This is a complex billing style requiring detailed knowledge of claims processing.
Reviews third party business partner's claims, feeds, and payments to identify and resolve discrepancies
Monitors, research, and resolves collection of outstanding claim or fee adjustment issues and reports corrections to appropriate contact.
Research, resolves, and responds to billing inquires or issues. Attends monthly calls with Sr. Management to review all accounts.
Required Qualifications
1-2 years Medical claims experience
2-4 years Advanced Excel experience
Bi-lingual (Spanish & English)
If near an office location; onsite will be required

Education
Bachlers degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $31.30
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
