As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be communicating with and serving each Potential New Client (PNC) who requests our legal services and providing this service at its highest level.  In this role, you will help our clients to be free and remain with their families. In addition, we will provide you with the opportunity for professional growth, success, and satisfaction working for our amazing team!

This is NOT a paralegal or legal assistant role, but rather a sales -based position

    Responsibilities for INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE :

  • Develop relationships with potential new client (PNC) leads

  • Follow up promptly with PNCs by phone, email, web inquiry, etc

  • Book / coordinate all events (large & small) with PNCs

  • Collect payment of consultation fee

  • Explain and coordinate necessary documents for PNCs to provide

    Requirements for INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE :

  • 100% Bilingual in Spanish with written and oral fluency (Spanish spoken and written every day)

  • 1 year of Sales or Customer Service experience (preferred)

  • Previous experience and intermediate - advanced skills using Mac computers and with blogs, online calendars, Word, Excel, and Outlook mail

  • Professional written communication skills with correct grammar at all times

  • Fluent and friendly oral communication skills – a warm smile is always appreciated

  • Comfortable explaining deal structures, procedures and monetary cost and value

  • Be assertive and confident when meeting with PNC’s

  • Self-motivated and work independently to meet or exceed team goals

  • United States Work Authorization

  • Excellent references

    Bonus experiences you might have:

  • Experience with CRM, CMS programs, online billing, and WordPress

  • Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and multi-user calendars

    We are less concerned with how many years of experience you have, than we are with how many experiences you have gained and mastered during those years.

    Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

    Salary: $46,000.00 to $57,000.00/year

    Schedule:

  • Full-time (preferred): Exempt position of 40 hours per week. Occasional nights/weekends as required.

  • Part-time (if needed): 20 + hours per week, with intention for full-time when availability allows.

  • Remote work options may be possible
