AEP Platform Architect Lead

Job Title : Adobe AEP Platform Architect / Lead

Location: New York City, NY / Atlanta, GA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adobe AEP Platform Architect Lead the design and development of the CDP/CXM platform architecture ensuring that it meets business objectives customer needs and compliance requirements.

  • Knowledge of using XDM, Attribution AI, Customer AI, DMP & CJA

  • 2+ years’ experience with building omni-channel (AJO offer decisioning/ Adobe Target) personalization implementation.

  • Extremely proficient in using one of the IDEs like Eclipse, IntelliJ or Microsoft Visual Studio, Postman, Azure Storage Explorer.

  • Working experience with AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe launch, AJO and CJA.

  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams including engineering operations and security to ensure that the platform is scalable reliable and secure.

  • Develop and implement standard methodologies for platform development deployment and maintenance.

  • Handle and mentor a team of platform engineers providing guidance and support on technical issues.

  • Work with product owners to prioritize platform features and improvements based on business objectives and customer needs.

  • Supervise platform performance and identify areas for optimization and improvement.

  • AEP Data Engineer collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and collect data requirements for AEP CDP development and deployment.

  • Develop test and deploy data pipelines ETL jobs and data processing workflows using big data technologies e.g Hadoop, Spark, Kafka etc.

  • Develop, deploy and maintain data integrations with various source systems.

  • Develop and maintain data quality standards and validation rules.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture, data flows and data mapping.

  • Supervise and fix data processing issues and implement corrective actions.

  • Ensure that data is accurate complete and timely and follows data privacy and security standards.

Salary Transparency :

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to the highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $135549 - $176139 / yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

Note : No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
