Robert Half Administrative Coordinator in Atlanta, Georgia
Description We are looking for an organized and detail-focused Administrative Coordinator to join a university-based team in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a long-term contract position that requires someone who can effectively manage demanding schedules, multitask efficiently, and communicate with students and staff in a dynamic campus environment. Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative operations, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and handling time-sensitive tasks.
• Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 tools to create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Organize and oversee budget processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with university policies.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and other correspondence, maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
• Use CRM systems to track and manage data efficiently while ensuring confidentiality.
• Coordinate and facilitate virtual meetings using Cisco Webex and other communication platforms.
• Support department operations by managing financial tools like Concur and ADP.
• Assist with the creation and monitoring of marketing materials such as banner ads to promote university initiatives.
• Maintain a detail-focused and approachable demeanor while multitasking under pressure. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel formulas, Word, and Teams chat functionality.
• Demonstrated experience with tools such as ADP, Concur, and CRM systems.
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms such as Cisco Webex.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in calendar management and scheduling.
• Knowledge of budget and financial processes within an administrative context.
