Our client is seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to be apart of their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our accounts receivable processes, from generating invoices to collecting payments and reconciling accounts. salary: $25 - $27 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Billing and Invoicing:
Generate and distribute accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
Verify billing accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Payment Processing:
Process incoming payments and allocate them correctly to customer accounts.
Reconcile payments received with outstanding balances and resolve any discrepancies.
Collections Management:
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to facilitate payment of outstanding invoices.
Negotiate payment plans and terms with delinquent customers while maintaining positive relationships.
Account Reconciliation:
Conduct regular reconciliations of customer accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between accounts receivable records and customer payments.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports, cash flow projections, and other financial reports.
Provide insights and recommendations to management regarding collection strategies and process improvements.
