Guthrie Customer Service Representative- Med Supply Depot- Full Time in Athens, Pennsylvania
Position Summary: Assures efficient operation of retail store; Processes referrals from hospitals and other healthcare entities; Maintains relationships with referral sources and other health care professionals. Education, License & Cert: 1. High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: 1. Previous experience in a customer service setting 2. Healthcare background preferred 3. Familiarity with home medical equipment preferred Essential Functions: 1. Responsible for daily operations of retail store locations. Including, but not limited to, in store customer service, answering telephones, order intakes, data entry, order fulfillment and coordination of deliveries. 2. Receives and processes information from referral sources for new and existing customers and enters data to support proper billing processes. 3. Instructs customers and caregivers in the use and care of equipment. 4. Keeps the retail area neat, clean and appropriately stocked. 5. Follows all policies and procedures. Other Duties: 1. Assists in maintaining proper inventory stock. 2. Assists with bi‐annual store inventory. 3. Participates in on‐call when needed. 4. Performs other duties as assigned.
