Description:
We are hiring immediately for a Senior Plant OperationS/ HVAC Technician to join our team.
In this role you will be responsible for basic maintenance and repairs, as well as proactive, preventative maintenance for our Central Energy Plant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and self-motivated attitude.
This individual is responsible for the maintaining work environment for the physical plant buildings with a total of 400,000 square feet of space.
Will perform preventive maintenance as well as repairs to spectrum of HVAC equipment including boilers, fuel systems, pumps, chillers, cooling towers, plumbing, generators and electrical interfaces.
Support mechanical maintenance and repair of all infrastructure per Trinity standards, ensuring 24X7 availability/uptime of all mission critical infrastructure.
Light to heavy commercial air conditioning (package units).
Resolve temperature comfort complaints and air balancing problems.
Work with vendors who provide capital construction, maintenance, and other services.
Interface with contractors, technicians, in-house customers in a professional manner.
