Akron Children's Pediatrics (ACP) brings pediatric primary care for babies, children, and teens to many northeastOhio communities through our40+pediatric offices.We are seeking a full-time or part-time BE/BC pediatrician to join our newly acquired Ashland West practice as it continues to grow. The practice has been providing excellent pediatric services in the community for over 20 years. The office has 2experienced pediatricians and 3 experienced nurse practitioners. This is an outpatient opportunity with after-hours call and Saturday office hours shared between providers. Calls only reach the physician after being screened by our excellent after-hours nurse triage phone line which handles more than 90% of the calls. This position is a 501(c)(3) site which qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness through the Federal government. Our offices follow standard hospital-based policies, while retaining the local culture of each practice. Our physicians enjoy the use of EPIC as a system-wide integrated electronic health record. Our primary care offices are all PCMH certified. ThePatient-Centered Medical Homeis a model of care that puts patients at the forefront of care.
