Job Summary
Responsible for routine maintenance and upkeep of the ASH vehicle database and/or other administrative/IT functions, as assigned
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Final Protocol/report review to identify vehicle use and corresponding clinical observations
Assist with data transcription and organization.
May assist with use of scanners printers and other office equipment.
May perform administrative functions in various departments, including IT.
Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures.
Regular and punctual attendance.
Comply with all Charles River policies and procedures.
Follow all safety rules and regulations.
Adhere to all environmental regulations.
Attend and participate in all required training sessions.
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
Other duties as assigned by departmental management.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and type at a computer.
Able to lift up to 50 Ibs.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to regularly sit approximately 6 to 8 hours a day.
Must be able to frequently type an average of 6 hours a day.
Must perform data entry to and make edits on information contained on a personal computer.
Must be able to frequently file paperwork in four drawer file cabinet.
Must be able to regularly communicate with personnel within the company and with outside contacts, (e.g., client requests for information, outside sales representatives, etc.)
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- General office working conditions, the noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
The pay for this position is $16.00/hour. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
