Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and mechanically inclined machine operator to join our team. This position involves training to become a robotic welder in a loud, non-climate controlled environment. We are seeking a candidate who will grow within this company. The role requires heavy lifting up to 70 lbs and primarily involves machine operating tasks rather than simple button pressing or assembly line work.
Responsibilities
Operate various machines with precision and attention to detail.
Undergo training to become a robotic welder.
Perform heavy lifting up to 70 lbs as needed.
Ensure accuracy and quality through the use of hand tools, tape measures, and inspection techniques.
Work effectively in a loud, non-climate controlled environment.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
Essential Skills
Experience with machine operation and mechanical tasks.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
Proficiency with hand tools, tape measures, and inspection techniques.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Blueprint reading skills.
Experience with press brakes and laser machines.
Strong troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to work from 2:30 PM to Midnight on a consistent basis.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.91 - $22.91/hr.
