Our client, a dynamic organization in the service industry, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. As a Receptionist, you will be part of the front office team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Arnold, MO
Pay Range: $17.50 per hour (negotiable based on skillset)
What's the Job?
Answer main line phone calls and transfer the calls to the appropriate team members.
Answer dealer phone calls on a daily basis as outlined by the Customer Service Manager.
Greet customers and vendors in a personalized, friendly and inviting manner.
Assist the team with various office tasks.
Maintain a professional and organized front office environment.
What's Needed?
Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening.
Experience answering phones in an office setting, preferred.
Strong customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
