What You’ll Do:
As a Shift Lead, you’ll play a key role in overseeing daily security operations. In addition to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and the community, you’ll also guide a team of officers, support incident response, and ensure all protocols are followed. You’ll lead by example, conducting patrols, monitoring access points, and addressing safety concerns with professionalism and confidence.
