ManTech Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution SME in Arlington, Virginia
ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution Subject Matter Expert (PPBE SME) to join our team. This is a Hybrid position located at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA with 2 to 3 days per week onsite.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Translate functional requirements identified by system users to the technical team – helping to ensure technical solutions resolve the intent of the identified requirement
Support user training when requested – helping new users make the connection between the functions of system and the Air Force PPB processes
Assist with help desk functions, in person, or over the phone or virtually
Help developers translate technical functionality to users such that users can apply the knowledge to perform daily tasks
Provide support to other systems, as requested and approved by the Program Manager
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
8+ years’ experience specific to the DoD PPB process
2+ years’ Air Force Planning, Programming and Budget (PPB) experience
Extensive knowledge of the Planning, Programming, and Budgeting (PPB) process
Provide Air Force PPB process support, as required by the Government.
Ability to understand the AF PPB process and translate the processes into the specific requirements used to develop system
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience specific to the Air Force PPB process
Security Clearance Requirements:
- US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
