Accenture Information Security Compliance Operations Manager in Arlington, Virginia

You Are:

The Information Security Compliance Operations Manager will be responsible for identifying requirements, planning, design, and building processes and tools to manage data and information associated with security compliance. Build credibility and maintain strong working relationships with technical and non-technical teams involved with information security matters (Legal, Business Development, Internal Audit, HR, Physical Security, Developer Community, Networking, Systems, etc.).

The Work:

  • Provide subject matter expertise on Information Security policies, standards, and guidelines.

  • Drive continuous improvement to operational and automation efficiency.

  • Strong writing skills to support drafting, review and edit documentation of processes and procedures.

  • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products.

  • Support ad-hoc change management and data analysis requests.

Here's What You Need:

  • U.S. Citizen required

  • 5+ years of Client Data Protection, Risk Management, Security Audit, Security Compliance or a related fieldClient Data Protection, Risk Management, Security Audit, or Security Compliance experience supporting a federal government

  • Possess strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile Project Management processes

  • Experience in business risk analysis and making complex business/risk trade-off recommendations and decisions

  • Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Demonstrate exceptional written, communication, and task management skills

  • Able to work with business stakeholder to evaluate effectiveness and plan for ways to improve or resolve identified issues

  • Supported programs by planning and allocating resources, monitoring progress, and adapt to changing requirements

  • Experience developing and refining technical and business requirements and processes

  • Previous Experience supporting federal government clients

Bonus Points if you have:

  • CISSP, CISA, CISM or other Security, Audit, or privacy certifications, or the ability to obtain certification within six months

  • Experience in Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to create roadmaps and timelines

  • ability to communicate clearly and concisely with technical and non-technical teams across multiple business functions verbally and written

  • Negotiation skills to handle changing demands by stakeholders and conflicts between personnel and other parties

  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills to use hard Data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases

  • Proven ability to solve problems and bring clarity to ambiguous situations

  • Track record for being detail-oriented with a Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects

  • Knowledgeable with government Security-related rules and regulations

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$103,200—$213,600 USD
