Key job responsibilities
We are looking for an innovative and effective Global Highspot Content Manager and Administrator who will:
Own Content Strategy and Optimization.
Drive the development and implementation of comprehensive content management strategies that align with sales enablement goals.
Create and maintain an organized content architecture within Highspot that maximizes findability and usage.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify content gaps and opportunities for optimization.
Establish content governance policies and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance.
Manager Content Development.
Lead the creation, curation, and maintenance of high-impact sales content including playbooks, battle cards, customer presentations, and training materials. Implement content lifecycle management processes to ensure materials stay current and relevant.
Partner with subject matter experts to develop content that addresses specific sales scenarios and buyer personas.
Manage the content review and approval workflow process across stakeholders.
Analytics and Performance Management.
Leverage Highspot's analytics capabilities to track content performance, engagement metrics, and usage patterns.
Develop and monitor KPIs to measure content effectiveness and ROI. Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on content utilization and impact on sales outcomes.
Make data-driven recommendations for content strategy improvements and optimization opportunities.
Platform Administration and Enablement.
Serve as the primary administrator for the Highspot platform, including user management, permissions, and system configuration.
Design and deliver training programs to drive platform adoption and effective content usage across the sales organization.
Maintain platform best practices and provide ongoing support to ensure maximum value from the Highspot investment.
The preferred location for this position is Arlington, VA (HQ2) or Seattle, WA (HQ).
Basic Qualifications
Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
Experience in business-process design or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
Experience developing business analytics or equivalent
Experience with data visualization software (e.g., AWS QuickSight or Tableau) or open-source project
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $79,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $169,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
