Job Description:As a Pipe Puller, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining various types of piping systems. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in diverse environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in the field and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Pull and lay pipes for water, gas, sewage, and other systems
- Ensure proper alignment and sealing of pipe connections
- Use tools and equipment to cut, thread, and bend pipes
- Conduct inspections and perform maintenance on piping systems
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor immediately
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Pipe Puller or in a similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in pipe fitting or a related field
- Familiarity with different types of piping materials and installation techniques
