Aerotek Maintenance Technician Level 3 in Arlington, Tennessee
Description:
Ensures safe maintenance, repairs, and replacement of plant equipment and systems. Ensures maximum productivity and quality in accordance with safety, health, and fire regulations
Maintains and repairs all equipment, buildings, and facilities
General PM and repairs on conveyors and facilities with proficiency in : welding, mechanical fundamentals, diagnostic and repair, tool knowledge and usage, pneumatic systems, HVAC.
Troubleshoots all machinery and conveyor systems, including spiral conveyor, robotics, overhead conveyors, motors, drives, gearboxes, etc.
Troubleshooting and diagnostic with MHE systems, introduction to PLC mapping and training (basic knowledge for this level will be sufficient, including identifying the issues with PLC) Anility to be trained further in PLC.
VFD's PLC's and HMIs, troubleshooting, diagnostic and repair. Uses Pick2Light systems, which analyzes computer system errors enabling maintenance to make repairs, reset faults as needed
Advanced experience in diagnostic and repair, proficiency with electrical and mechanical drawings, ability to proficiently map the PLC, inputs/ out puts, Auto store robots and repair/PM
Skills needed to be successful:
Trouble shooting and Diagnostics on MHE systems
Proficient in WCS, DMS, BHS, conveyor PM and MHE systems
